At the foot of the Corrasi mountains, in the middle of Sardegna amongst olive trees, the Puddu brothers use their 30 hectares of vines to grow indigenous varietals like Cannonau.
There is proof that wine was made with this grape here by Franciscan friars in the 1500’s, followed and improved by the Jesuits for centuries later.
