In 1958, Vincenzo Treffiletti and his wife Nunziata Spuches moved back to Sicily after several years in South America, driven by a passion for their homeland and a dream to grow vineyards.
Today their grandsons, Valerio and Renzo, continue their mission on the tiny 2.7 hectare plot producing less than 4000 bottles per year, most of which are Nerello Mascalese and Capuccio.
