Refining in French oak wood for 12 months
The wine that comes from this vineyard is always elegant and its color is typical and traditional of the Nebbiolo grape. Tannins are pretty robust and need a long time in the bottle to become round, that’s the reason why this Barbaresco normally comes out on the market two years later than normal
